In the middle of the Lakes 1 hour to Fargo 175 miles to Minneapolis OPPORTUNITY DETAILS: Work a 3-4 day work week with flexible patient scheduling, no on-call; opportunity for Moh s if desired Shareholder opportunity available within physician driven and lead medical group Join an established practice to replace a retiring dermatologist NP that has been with the organization for 8 years; we have not had a full-time dedicated Dermatologist providing services within the organization which will require someone with a desire to continue to grow & develop the practice The current volumes of our dermatology NP average 22-26 patients/day; wait time for a new patient has been as high as 6 weeks Primary service area within a 35 mile radius supports a population of 70,000; secondary service area within 60 mile radius serves a population of 375,000 The current patient population is being see for: Treating acne (including Accutane) Rosacea Seborrhea Dermatitis Eczema Atopic Dermatitis Drug reactions Fungal infections Psoriasis (Topical therapies) Bacterial infections Warts (Using cantherone, candida, and standard liquid nitrogen) Join 40 internal primary care providers that would be the main initial bulk of referral sources for the Dermatologist COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Full benefits including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), & malpractice insurance Generous base compensation with the opportunity to earn greater based on RVU production 6 weeks of paid time off Sign-on bonus & relocation reimbursement Paid professional dues, licensing, and professional memberships Profit sharing & cash balance plan Annual employer con
