What is takes to be qualified:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5-15 years of experience
• License preferred
• Knowledgeable in planning, urban design, and landscape architecture
• The ability to understand and communicate with professionals of other disciplines
• Contributes proactively to the project team
• Is proficient with technical detailing
• Softwares: Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Sketchup (A plus: Revit, Rhino, Civil 3d, Land FX, and other 3d modeling / rendering platforms).
• Preferred experience: Hand graphics, graphic design, and site grading experience

What you can expect in your role:

• Performing landscape architectural and planning assignments under general supervision
• Coordinating the preparation of design presentations
• Coordinating with consultants on a wide variety of design related issues
• Relating design concepts to zoning ordinances and other external issues
• Managing all aspects of project developmen
