Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a small private dental office in central Scottsdale looking for a great dental assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is hard working and willing to take great care of our patients. Being a team player and having good communication skills is essential.

• Assisting with all aspects of general dentitstry from fillings, extractions, root canals, crown and bridge as well as implant placement and restoration
• Setting up and breaking down operatories, sterilization and taking necessary XRays
• Organizing and maintaining the back office, such as being sure the proper supplies are ordered and lab cases are sent out and logged
• Making post op calls and treatment notes with doctor supervision
• Taking blood pressures, seating patients and obtaining consent for treatment
• Temporary fabrication and placement, trying in permanent crowns prior to cementation
• Taking impressions for occlusal guards, aligner therapy, diagnostic waxups, removable etc
• Helping to ensure the schedule is full and also helping hygiene at times with periodontal probing
