Make an impact with our Assurance & Accounting team as a Senior Manager. This diverse team of professionals are dedicated to exceeding clients' unique needs within a rapidly evolving business and financial reporting landscape. Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of certification work, production of financial statements and tax reports
  • Present financial statements to the Board of Directors.
  • Evaluate and ensure the appropriateness of related evidence supporting expenses, revenues, capital asset acquisitions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and prepaid expenses.
  • Examine and correct discrepancies and irregularities in financial entries, documents, and reports.
  • Prepare correspondence, technical reports, client summaries and presentations outlining findings, facts and highlights related to the mandate.
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients, coach, and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


Skills and experience

  • Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in assurance with an accounting firm in Quebec
  • Experience in NPO assurance
  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience with accounting and tax software (Caseware, Taxprep, Sage50, Quickbooks, Excel)
  • Self-motivated, organized and a good team player.
