Position: Licensed Funeral Director

Key Responsibilities:


  • Compassionately communicate and consult with families to arrange disposition and memorialization services.
  • Present all appropriate service and merchandise options to families.
  • Obtain and process necessary documentation, including death certificates, burial and cremation permits, and obituaries.
  • Utilize computer systems to record vital information, communicate, and manage contracts.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and conduct visitations and services.

Requirements:


  • PA licensure or ability to reciprocate.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in making funeral arrangements.
  • Strong belief in providing the highest levels of customer service.
  • Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
