Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage complex commercial projects, including retail and light industrial developments, with a minimum budget of $10 million. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects of at least $10 million.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or changes in the scope of work.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, with experience managing projects of at least $10 million.
• Must have retail and light industrial experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
