Seeking a 2-10 year Associate Attorney with experience in Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Litigation, tax law experience a plus. A highly-respected, mid-sized Law Firm in Modesto is seeking the ideal candidate to join a collaborative, team-centric office to provide support for a Managing Partner. There is a busy caseload, high-net worth clients; offering the right candidate training and mentoring for career development. Duties and Experience:
Estate Planning and Probate Litigation, Real Estate, Business Litigation
Interest and/or experience in Tax and Bankruptcy, a plus
- Strong legal research and writing skills required
- Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills desired
