What you'll do:Install, configure, and provide maintenance for network equipment including routers, switches, SD WAN, Wireless AP and Controllers, and FirewallsDesign and implement network solutionsMonitor network performance and troubleshooting to improve network optimizationInterface with vendors including Verizon, ATT, Spectrum, and LumensCreate and implement network security measures by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring accessIP address auditingSwitch port configurational support including segmented LAN (VLAN) and VoiceProvide secure connectivity between Internet and internal network utilizing firewallsCoordination of cable installationWeekly 24 hour on call rotationMay assist with administering Video Conferencing systems and presentation toolsWork with the various IT teams and plant staff to define and implement departmental What you need to have:Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computers, or related field experience5+ plus years of relevant experience with demonstrable experience with Cisco Switches, static\dynamic routing, and wireless as well as familiarity with communication and routing protocolsAbility to create ACLs, TCP/IP sub-netting, and VLAN trunkingKnow of Quality of Service (QoS), WAN/Optical technologies, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers.
