We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityThis attorney will be based in our Lehi office and will work on a broad range of revenue producing enterprise licensing and sales matters, involving Adobe’s cloud-based services, on-premise software, and professional services – areas that are significant to Adobe's success.What you'll DoDay to day, in this role we review and negotiate contracts, provide legal counsel to Sales and Sales Management, and collaborate with other internal groups (such as Product teams, Privacy/Security teams, and Consulting Services teams) on a variety of topics including intellectual property, commercial terms, risk analysis, and the effects of applicable laws.We participate in or co-lead a handful of projects, such as template creation, job aid creation, trainings, etc.What you need to succeedJD Degree.License to practice law in job locationIdeally 1-3 years of relevant practical experienceAbility to understand technologies that we licenseExcellent client management skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizationExcellent stress management skillsOpportunity and affirmative action employer. The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,900 -- $196,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
