Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments and create data-driven reports.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified.
  • Active LBS in PA
  • Aster’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or similar field
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
