The Role

We advise and lead squads on Agile values, practices and processes to ensure that the squad is fully functional, productive, and passionate about the sprint goal.

The Value You Deliver
  • Encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and efficiency
  • Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for processes to support continuous improvement
  • Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Maintaining the Squad's metrics and artifacts to ensure clarity across all levels in the organization
Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
