Job DetailsJob LocationSpartanburg Imports - Spartanburg, SCDescriptionSpartanburg Imports, a Hudson Automotive company, is looking foran energetic and career-driven Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our growing service team.Hudson Automotiveis one of the fastest growing auto dealer groups and management companies in the Southeast U.S. If you are an experienced Customer Service or Retail sales professional looking for an opportunity to join a growing team, it's time to shift your career into gear with Spartanburg Imports!What we offer:Compensation: $18/hr plus commission/incentivesCollaborative work environment and customer centric cultureFlexible ScheduleMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401k with company matchPaid Vacation/HolidaysPaid TrainingEmployee development through training and advancement opportunitiesEmployee discounts on products & servicesEssential Duties: Assist with calls, emails, and special situations for all TEAM members to ensure a positive customer experience.Maintain daily open repair orders for advisors and service managers.Notify management of urgent service issues ("hot" cases) and resolve as directed or escalate to managers.Verify accurate technician repair documentation (e.g., the 3 C's: Condition, Cause, Correction).Ensure all supporting repair documentation is attached to repair orders.Contact extended warranty companies for claim approvals, discrepancies, or other requirements for payment.Maintain schedules for extended service contracts, insurance receivables, and other assigned items.Post, review, and verify journal entries and the accuracy of accounting classifications.Assist the service TEAM with warranty information as needed.Update open repair order lists weekly, ensuring all work orders are processed and closed.Collaborate with the TEAM to ensure customers receive the best possible service experience.Maintain thorough documentation and updates in DealerOps on a weekly basis.Process payroll for technicians and support staff, including obtaining employee and manager signatures, and submit to HR by the deadline.Prepare end-of-month reporting and close/review ROs, POs, and other documents for managerial approval.Independently complete assignments and perform accounting tasks as needed.Analyze, interpret, and report financial data as required.Proficiently use Dealer Track, DealerOps, Excel, Word, and other relevant software.Qualifications:Customer service driven professional interested in career development.Energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Self-Motivated individual who is competitive and coachable.Previous Customer Service or Retail sales experience in a high-volume environment.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required).Strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus).Are you ready to work in a rewarding, high-energy environment, and state-of-the-art facility?
