We are hiring a detail-oriented and data-driven Analytics Intern to join our dynamic Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cleansing, uploading, and maintaining data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and platforms. Additionally, you will generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies. This position is expected to start January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This RoleUtilize data cleansing, profiling, and quality assessment techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our dataAssist with the preparation and loading of data into various systems, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruptionCollaborate closely with the Master Data, Product Information teams and other departments to address data-related challenges and support key business initiativesContribute to the development and implementation of data quality metrics and KPIs helping to monitor and measure the effectiveness of our data management effortsLearn and apply new tools and techniques, enhancing your technical skills and industry knowledgeUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by ManagementThe Ideal Person
Currently pursuing a Degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a similar disciplineStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP formulas)Understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation is a plusFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
