We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. They will be a highly experienced team player with the ability to coordinate successful digital marketing campaigns in an effective and efficient manner. Most importantly, they must be passionate about Rapaport values and the role we play in the diamond and jewelry industry.

This is a full-time position with Rapaport Diamond Corporation based in the Rapaport New York office.

Overview:

Our Marketing Team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join us. This role will be pivotal in driving lead generation, landing page optimization, marketing automation, and SEO/SEM strategy, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to enhance our B2B marketing efforts.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the configuration, optimization, and execution of our HubSpot ecosystem while also supporting multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring the seamless flow of leads through the sales funnel, and delivering actionable insights to improve overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HubSpot Operations: Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and business objectives. Oversee the integration of third-party platforms and tools to enhance overall marketing performance.Marketing Automation: Develop, execute, and optimize automated workflows and nurture campaigns to drive lead generation, client retention, and customer engagement. This includes email marketing, landing pages, segmentation, and personalization strategies to create targeted, effective campaigns.Campaign Management: Build, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Track key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate on cross-channel strategies, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing, to maximize audience engagement and conversion.SEO/SEM Strategy: Play an active role in the development and execution of SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility, improve organic search rankings, and drive high-quality, targeted traffic. Ensure landing pages are optimized for search engines and conversion, while managing SEM campaigns to boost paid search performance.Customer Journey Optimization: Assist in mapping and optimizing the customer journey to enhance overall client experience and improve retention rates. This includes improving touchpoints across digital channels and creating seamless experiences from first interaction to customer advocacy.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for email campaigns, landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets to continuously optimize performance, conversion rates, and ROI.Landing Page Optimization: Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages to support lead generation, sales campaigns, and product launches. Ensure all landing pages follow best practices for user experience (UX) and SEO, while integrating forms and tracking mechanisms.Reporting & Analytics: Develop, manage, and draw insights from comprehensive reports and dashboards related to sales pipeline, customer health, marketing funnels, attribution, and campaign performance. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and provide recommendations for scaling marketing efforts.Data Management: Ensure clean data input, flow, and performance tracking within HubSpot, adhering to Rapaport's business standards and organizational protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper data segmentation for more personalized and effective marketing campaigns.Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current on our suite of martech products' latest features, tools, and industry best practices to drive process enhancements. Regularly research emerging digital marketing trends, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation, to keep Rapaport ahead of the curve.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot with proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM. Experience with configuring, managing, and optimizing these tools is essential.Strong technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign execution.Proven ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and optimize marketing efforts based on performance metrics.Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEM campaign management.Familiarity with landing page design and optimization for both user experience and search engine visibility.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience with A/B testing and implementing optimization techniques.Preferred Qualifications:

HubSpot Certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, or CRM.Prior experience in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.Familiarity with broader digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, PPC, social media, and conversion rate optimization.Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar platforms.
