We currently do not have time to support visa transfer with this specific position.Salesforce Solution Design Architect ConsultantJob SummaryThe Salesforce Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment ofcomplex Salesforce solutions. This role involves working with business stakeholders to understandtheir needs and translate them into scalable and sustainable technical solutions. The SalesforceArchitect ensures the integrity of the Salesforce platform and integrates with other businesssystems to support organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DesignDevelop and maintain high-level and detailed designs for Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they align with business objectives.Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development teams during the implementation phase.Stakeholder CollaborationEngage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their strategic goals.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.Technical LeadershipLead technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integration with external systems, and data migration.Ensure best practices in coding, design, and security are followed.Platform ManagementOversee the management of Salesforce environments, including development, testing, and production.Ensure effective performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform.IntegrationDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across systems.DocumentationCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architectural diagrams, data models, and configuration guides.Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams.Continuous ImprovementStay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities to improve business processes.Required QualificationsEducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design.Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant solutions.Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).Knowledge of data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.CertificationsSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required.Desired CompetenciesAnalytical ThinkingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and design effective solutions.CommunicationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Project ManagementExperience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.LeadershipDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Join us at Sogeti and become a part of a culture that celebrates innovation and fosters work-life balance.
