The Senior CI provides expertise and support by translating clinical content into clinical applications.
The Sr. CI is responsible for high level project analysis and implementation, provides technical mentorship to clinical analysts and informaticist. They provide technical oversight and experience. As an experienced, certified E.H.R. informaticist. as a clinical content builder, they are responsible for design, build, test and training for clinical applications implementations,
optimizations and maintenance.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field.EPIC CertificationMinimum 5 years of healthcare experience directly supporting an E.H.R. application as an analyst/informaticist.Direct experience as an analyst/informaticist supporting an E.H.R. implementation and/or E.H.R. version upgrade.Understanding healthcare delivery workflows and processesUnderstanding fundamental project management methodology and demonstrated ability to serve as lead for an implementation project.Knowledge of different learning styles, effective teaching and methodologies / tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-conferencing systemsUnderstanding of HIPAA PrivacyKnowledge of the different methods available to facilitate learning transferKnowledge of information systems, including office automation and data analysis tools such as MS Office, simulation software, Visio, etc.Qualifications Desired:Master's degreeHealthcare licensure (RN, LVN, RT)Three to five (3 to 5) years of healthcare experience working in a direct patient care areaCurrent California Registered Nurse License (preferred)Current California Respiratory Therapist License (preferred)Project management experienceMay be required to travel between all TrueCare’s sites and locations therefore CA Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
