Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Commercial Single Ply Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of single ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM) for commercial buildings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the durability and performance of our clients' roofs.Key Responsibilities :Install, repair, and maintain single ply roofing systems on commercial properties.Conduct thorough inspections to assess roof conditions and identify repair needs.Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specified dimensions accurately.Apply adhesives, sealants, and other materials according to manufacturer specifications.Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and any issues that arise.Qualifications :Proven experience as a roofer, specifically with single ply roofing systems.Strong understanding of commercial roofing materials and installation methods.Familiarity with safety procedures, tools, and equipment used in roofing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical stamina and capability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred Skills :Certification or training in roofing or related fields.Experience with other roofing systems (shingle, metal, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
