As part of the Sales team, you will have autonomy to engage with leading enterprise customers, prospects and partners. You will help foster long term, sustainable, and mutually rewarding relationships. Reporting to the GVP of Sales, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for retaining and expanding existing customer relationships at the highest level, new customer acquisition, sales strategy, and execution. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives across the region, setting team objectives, quotas, coaching, providing feedback, working with them through issues and assisting them in navigating through their job functions and deliverables.

As a Regional Vice President you will:Lead and manage a team of high performing Account ExecutivesIntegrate your team with assigned Solution Engineers to deliver mission outcomes for customersDrive department objectives and break those down to employee specific activities and deliverablesAchieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change aimed at growthMeet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsMaintain and expand the customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunitiesRecommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitorsUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networksWe're excited about you if you have:

10+ years of sales experience selling enterprise software5+ years of sales management experienceA drive and commitment to succeed in small fast growing environmentsExperience motivating team members and being a team playerDemonstrated experience in exceeding quotaExpertise in selling complex productsSales Experience with Big Data, Cloud, Open Source Applications, Enterprise Application Integration, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferredExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skillsThe expected base salary range for this role in

California is $187,000 - $230,000Please note that the compensation details listed in our job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include commissions or bonus as applicableThe salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location(Note: Base Salary Ranges will be calculated from a % of OTE, based on split)
