Summary

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

The incumbent will play a key role transforming data into information enabling business partners to apply actionable insights for understanding and improving business performance. Defining and delivering on data and information needs. Supporting business unit navigation of enterprise data environment. Business areas supported by this role are those who support the back-office analytics for the Enterprise.

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience working with banking and finance, marketing, fraud, or sales dat.

Design, validate, and deliver conformed data and reporting solutionsDevelop and maintain necessary support and control documentationExecute routine data processes for business and reporting analytic functions in the organizationMigrate data from various data sources, designing efficient data solutionsMonitor data controls and validations for completeness and accuracy of business data solutionsCapture and document business requirements from end-to-end business functions and design relevant data solutions.Competencies & Skills:

Passion for improving business performance through actions inspired by insightsCuriosity and passion for continuous learning and professional developmentInterest in learning and applying understanding of bank products and processesCollaboration with team members to execute & improve report development processesExperience with source to target data transformationExperience writing SQL, SAS, or Alteryx queries to access, process, aggregate and transform structured and unstructured dataExperience with data validation and design of data controlsExperience accessing data from SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, IBM DB2 database environmentsExperience with banking organizations, business concepts, processes, information, and dataComfortable working with large and complex portfolios and data structuresBachelor's Degree in related field; master's degree is preferred4 to 6 years of business intelligence experience; 6 to 8 years of experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects to achieve organized, on-time resultsGood written and oral communication skillsPerform other duties as assigned
