Overview

REGIONAL SALES Commercial Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Primary responsibility for utilizing a consultative sales approach in prospecting, closing new business, and new business development for the commercial segment of the business.

Managing prospects and building customer relationships through development of sales/marketing plans and maintenance of key account information

Communicating to/work with manager to resolve unique customer concerns/issues

Scheduling regular visits with customers to facilitate future renewal discussions

Matching commercial services and products with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing

Partnering with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies

Maintaining data in the CRM. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact information

Communicating pricing and service strategies

What we’re looking for

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or equivalent; and 3-5 years business-to-business sales and prospecting experience

Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees, clients, and customers

Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts

High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions

Strong Microsoft Office skills
