Delivers strategic business direction to all parties, internal and external, for proposed advertising plans in compliance with established Marketing Plan guidelines.Prioritizes in-house and outside agency-related projects through effective allocation of resources; oversees and monitors workflow, and communication with internal requesting departments to ensure fulfillment of media and production deadlines in a timely, quality and cost-effective manner.Recommends, plan, and monitors allocation of advertising media and production budgets in compliance with established marketing department guidelines, and to ensure the achievement of property plan objectives.Oversees day-to-day work flow of social media platforms including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X to drive social engagement; participates in planning and strategic marketing decisions with the Director of Marketing and outside agencies.Develops, captures, curates, and edits visually appealing and compelling content that captures all elements of the guest experience in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for both organic and paid social media campaigns.Collaborates with marketing, food and beverage, hotel, entertainment, and human resources teams to coordinate, schedule, and implement content in accordance with a property-level content calendar.Acts as primary contact for outside agencies; oversees, enhances, and monitors communication; ensures maintenance of, and adherence to, budgetary guidelines and timely and accurate delivery of advertising materials.Conducts ongoing meetings with department heads to recommend appropriate and cost-effective advertising programs consistent with the overall goals and priorities of the property strategic plan.Communicates with the Purchasing Department to ensure that user departments' deadlines are achieved.BRING US YOUR BEST.

Knowledge of strategic marketing, planning, and organizational and project tracking.Effective negotiation and communication skills essential.Knowledge of advertising planning, development and creative concepts helpful.Proficiency with social media and creative software tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Shortstack, is preferred.These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, and a minimum of three years' experience in marketing, advertising or related field, is preferred.Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Gaming license

STARTING SALARY

Starting at $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
