Software Developer in DevOps , you will be responsible for:
Working within a team to write, test, debug and peer review code/scripts for the installation and configuration of PET/CT systems.Assisting with installation support.Creating and reviewing technical documentation.Building and maintaining software build, packaging, and test activities for software developers.Interfacing with internal partners including systems engineering, product management, project management and hardware.Interfacing with external business partners including those in Germany, China and India.Engaging in technical discussions and voicing opinions with others.This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers:
Knowledge of system and software development best practices and methodologies.Passion for software development and DevOps.Interest in Medical Device software.Initiative to find out what PET/CT systems are and self-learn about them.Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Experience with Windows Batch and Powershell scripting.Experience with source control management and continuous integration (TFS, Git)Experience with Scrum/ Agile Development (desired).Working knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language (ideally C#) is preferred but not required.Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking, with good listening, interpersonal and organizational skills.High degree of professionalism and self-motivation.BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ with years of professional software development experience.OrMS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with 1+ with years of professional software development experience.
