As the Senior Content Marketing Manager for Strategic Partnerships, you will work collaboratively to market our products and offerings to MLSs, brokers, agents, and publishers with the goal of driving growth and engagement with our Strategic Partnerships offerings, including ListHub.

This position is primarily B2B focused. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and refined communication skills to work closely with various parts of the organization. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Operations.

What you’ll do

:

Update and develop new marketing content and materials for our ListHub product, including revamping YouTube videos and presentations

Keep ListHub website up to date and iterate to improve site UX and SEO

Collaborate with Industry Relations, Sales, and Strategy & Operations to develop materials and messages that resonate with our customers and increase retention

Develop email campaigns and/or newsletters to keep our customers engaged and up-to-date on product changes or new offerings/content

Determine KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns; track results and report on findings

Document learnings and best practices to continue to scale marketing GTM practices

Manage the execution and tracking of marketing spend, reporting back on spend, and providing insights to forecast future budgetary needs

May include some travel to industry events, trade shows, and conferences

What you’ll bring

:

12+ years of experience, with 4+ in a B2B capacity in the real estate industry

Content and email marketing experience

Excellent cross-functional communication; demonstrated ability to navigate internal communication within a large, corporate environment

Demonstrated ability to execute successful projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Creative and independent thinker who can effectively solve problems and foresee opportunities to benefit the organization through marketing efforts

Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail

Proficiency in Cordial, WordPress, and Google Workspace

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to Haves

Experience with SalesForce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude

Experience in SEO
