Leidos is searching for a highly motivated

Oracle APEX Developer

to work on-sight in support of a Federal Agency in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.

In this role, you will gain many skills, such as critical thinking and problem solving, the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner, solve complex problems, and be part of a talented litigation support and eDiscovery technical team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The candidate will support an Oracle Application Express (APEX) database with features that can be used to track OGC cases and projects. Personnel assigned to this task must have the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

The candidate will provide the following services to include but not limited to:Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives;Design, debug, code, and maintain Oracle APEX applications;Design, debug, code, and maintain Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) code;Develop, design, and incorporate new capabilities into the LAWS application based on OGC requirements;Liaise with other divisions for coordination and complex problem resolution;Perform Operation and Maintenance (O&M) standard operating procedures of LAWS application and other APEX applications as needed;Provide direct end-user support;Develop supporting documentation, training materials and provide end user training support;Assist with ensuring requirements are documented and met.Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle 11G or newerMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in development using Oracle Application Express (APEX)Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language (PL)/Structured Query Language (SQL)Active Clearance: Top Secret with SSBI and ability to obtain SCI clearance.Experience in designing, debugging, coding and maintaining data definition language (DDL) for Oracle 11G database and Oracle APEX application.Experience with coding, debugging, and maintaining PL/SQL procedures and functions.Experience with designing, debugging, coding and maintaining Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, JavaScript, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) code.Experience with designing, debugging, coding and maintaining reports using BI Publisher.Demonstrated ability to collect and document requirements using SharePoint or any Microsoft Office 365 application.Demonstrates strong communication skills: verbal, written, listening and reading.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range:

Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
