Summer 2025 Program Dates: Approximately June 2025 – August 2025

JOB SUMMARY:

Support the development of programs and capabilities for Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood guests. By analyzing insights and recommending solutions, this intern will have a key role in designing, prioritizing, and delivering impactful eCommerce. Develop a deep understanding of how a cross-functional group of partners, including eCommerce, CRM, and UXUI, work together to optimize and transform Lead Generation, Data Capture, Website and Mobile App Functionality and Digital Communications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzes and review data-based insights and recommend solutions to optimize consumer journeys and build user stories for website and mobile app.

Participates in the development of New Prospect, Trip Conversion, and Booked Guest and Retention programs by being an active contributor in cross-functional team meetings.

Assists with preparation of Marketing Templates & Playbooks.

Assists in developing presentations and capturing feedback from introspective sessions; help lead weekly work sessions.

Supports design thinking initiatives to re-imagine future digital experiences for our guests.

Research Digital Customer Experience best practices and trends across industries.

Coordinates the development of monthly digital marketing idea sharing sessions for Marketing & Sales and Digital & Technology.

Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.

Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.

Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.

An official transcript may be required upon request.

Preferred majors include: Marketing, Business, Communications, Experience Design.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Preferable skills for success in role include but not limited to:

Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving abilities and organization.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Superior written & verbal communication skills.

Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.

Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams.

Consistent attendance.

This internship will be a hybrid experience, based in our Orlando offices.

Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2025.

Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
