Job SummaryThe Senior Content Marketing Manager at Medely is responsible for developing and executing the content marketing strategy, working with stakeholders around the marketing team and company. This person will develop tactics and collateral that will drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation for our products across both sides of our marketplace and SaaS offering. Types of content will include thought leadership writing, design, web, blog, social, etc. This role interacts with multiple marketing and business partners around the company, including senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Develop and own the content marketing strategy and socialize it across the business to multiple departments and leadersOwn the creation of content and editorial calendar to support campaigns, lead generation, and the buyer's journeyManage an external team of content writers, SEO vendors, designers, and video producers to ideate, create, and distribute compelling content across multiple channels (blog, website, social media, email, etc.)Conduct research to deeply understand the target audience, their pain points, and the competitive landscape to inform content themes and topicsCollaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, authoritative content that educates and engages the audienceUtilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search and discoverabilityAnalyze content performance data to continuously improve content strategy and identify new opportunitiesStay up-to-date on content marketing trends and make recommendations to enhance the company's approachManage Medely’s social media coordinator for B2B and B2C efforts and a roster of healthcare influencersOwn the design template and brand system across the businessQualifications:5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environmentDesign background and ability to execute across channelsExcellent writing, editing, and content creation skillsStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesProficient in content optimization, distribution, and performance trackingExperience managing a team of content professionalsFamiliarity with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics toolsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
