How we LEAD:We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager who will handle product and marketing campaign strategy for multiple artists and projects. This job requires comprehensive communication and coordination internally and externally in order to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the overall artist message and brand.

How you'll CREATE:

Develop and execute full marketing plans and campaigns for single and album launchesCoordinate all facets of the label to maintain focus and progress in relation to specific artist's projectsWork in conjunction with artists, managers, and marketing team to create, maintain, and evolve artist brandsSeek out and maintain the knowledge of each artist and their management team's processes, goals, and overall efforts in order to maintain a cohesive and effective working relationshipGenerate timelines of project needs and key dates/deadlines with all departments and oversee the timely delivery of those needsCreate and coordinate special events in conjunction with album releases, specific tour dates, and other special eventsServe as key liaison for artist management and labelBrainstorm and produce big marketing ideas, identify the best idea options, and executeManage a high volume of communication - phone calls, emails and meetingsDesign and oversee advertising campaignsManage quarterly budgetsCommunicate the status of artists projects routinely with the label staffProvide direction to and manage Marketing CoordinatorOther responsibilities as requiredProject Management experience at a previous music label is preferred (experience working on Global projects is a plus).Fully bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)Intimate knowledge of Latin American culture, music, and spheres of influence.
