In this role, you will lead the strategy and production of engaging onsite experiences, and champion event production across cross-functional teams. This includes merchandising events and seasonal promotions globally on Amazon Business. This role will need to communicate regularly with senior leadership and be responsible for driving top-level business goals.To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Category, Selection, Pricing, and Tech across geographic regions to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution.The ideal candidate has a track record of success in delivering results at scale and working cross-functionally across multiple teams and countries. If you're looking to join a dynamic, growing team in a high-impact role, this is a great fit for you.Key job responsibilitiesOwn WW strategy and production of onsite events and seasonal promotions (e.g., Back to School, Black Friday) on Amazon BusinessDeliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and engaging onsite experiences for B2B customersDevelop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign scheduleApply key insights into business actions and push for new ways to achieve objectives at scaleDefine business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for site-event eventsWork at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, creative ideasTest and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiencesCreate and maintain scalable, repeatable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaignsManage multiple projects gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environmentBasic Qualifications5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesKnowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reportingExperience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plansExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsExperience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goalsPreferred QualificationsExperience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysisExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
