The Chick-fil-A Patrick Henry Mall food truck serves signature items at events and locations across the Hampton Roads area and is on the road up to six days a week.

Your Impact

Delivering operational excellence, working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively and independently operate a crucial element of this multi-million dollar businessIncreasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote salesProviding the highest quality of guest service through all contact pointsMaintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safetyOverseeing the maintenance and preventative maintenance schedule for Food Truck and equipmentAssisting the Executive Director in casting the vision, managing costs, establishing systems, and leading day-to-day operations.Assisting the Executive Director in strategizing and executing Marketing, Social Media, and SalesCreate and track monthly and annual outside sales goals for catering, food truck, and CFA delivery.Plan and organize events inside and outside of the restaurant.Build relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and school officials with an effort to intentionally grow our brand in the greater Hampton Roads area.Support restaurant operations during periods of non-peak outside sales time periods.Lead special projects and captain-ships assigned by the Owner/Operator.Background Profile
