JOB SUMMARY

Picking and staging materials to keep assemblers supplied with parts between both Delavan, WI facilities.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions. Processing orders for shipping and production areas. Performs material handling duties as needed. Completes general and overall warehousing duties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order pickinghandling the receipt, movement, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established proceduresProcessing, packaging, shipping and/or storing supplies, materialsAccounting for all materials and supplies by auditing goods received into warehouseOperating a forklift and pallet jack, as neededFollowing the required operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of the facility and equipmentDeliver and pick up of materials to and from lines as needed.Assist with inventory management.Package, crate, and prepare materials for shipping.Deliver and pick up required materials between facilities.Perform material handling, shipping, and receiving tasks as required.Always following safety policies and protocols.Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

The ability to lift 40 pounds of weight using proper lifting or team-lift techniquesExperience using a forklift and/or pallet jack preferred; ability to pass forklift training requiredComputer inventory experience preferredCycle count experience preferredRF Scanner experience preferredGood organizational and attention to detail skillsGood communication skills to interact with multiple levels and titles, and internal and external contactsExceptional teamwork skillsA solid work ethic including reliabilityEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of related experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Specific PPE is required within the cell.
