Are you passionate about solving complex technology challenges? My client is looking for experienced Mid-Level Java Cloud Engineers to join their growing team. We are looking for builders; leaders who can design, build, and deliver net new solutions from scratch, while leading our growing organization and client-base to continued scalable, sustainable success. This is a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA (3 days per week onsite).
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-time experience with Java and Spring Boot, along with AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software modulesUse AWS or Azure APIs to create cloud native software solutionsContribute & maintain automated unit and integration testsDeploy, run, and monitor AWS or Azure production systemsContribute to detailed architectural plans to fit client requirements, and lead build and implementation efforts through to deliveryParticipate in requirements reviews, and other technical discussionsWork as part of a highly collaborative agile teamHandle large volume of complex technical details, workstreams, and interdependencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science or other relevant degree3+ years of daily use of Java and Spring Boot in AWS or Microsoft Azure environmentGradle and/or Docker experience preferred3+ years of experience and regular use of SQLDemonstrated experience in designing SQL and NoSQL data modelsDemonstrated ability to execute instructions and build end to end cloud native solutionsA strong understanding of design patterns and algorithmic concepts and software engineering best practicesExperience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.) is a plusAurora, RDS, DynamoDB, RedshiftECS, Fargate, Lambda, Kubernetes, DockerElasticCache, ElasticsearchALB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CodeDeploy
