A client of Insight Global is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a yearlong contract. This individual will be solely responsible for creating compensation modules and structures to ensure this organization's compensation is competitive both internally and externally. This role will include job analysis, compensation modeling, and external market research to ensure compensation equity. This individual must have strong communication and networking skills in order to work across many job functions.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
