Responsibilities
•Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available •Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected •Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful •Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria •Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
Qualifications
•Verbal and written communication skills are a must •Familiar with online job posting tools •Strong organizational skills and time management skills •2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position •Bachelor's degree required
