About the Role:

As a Campaign Success Manager, you will provide vital marketing support to our digital sales team and their clients, ensuring optimal performance across digital advertising campaigns. Your expertise will guide both display and social advertising strategies, helping to elevate brands through data-driven decisions and innovative marketing approaches.

Working as part of the Midlands South sales team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Director to drive growth in the digital marketing space and retain premium customers. This role also involves close cooperation with the Head of Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Support:

Work hand-in-hand with DACs to understand client goals and objectives. Provide strategic insights and tailored recommendations to help align digital marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Campaign Strategy:

Participate in the development of innovative digital marketing strategies. Offer insights on ad copy, visual creativity, and other essential elements to ensure the success of campaigns across display and social media.

Campaign Setup & Optimisation:

Manage and monitor campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all strategies are implemented effectively. Regularly track and assess KPIs, making necessary adjustments to optimise campaign performance.

Performance Analysis:

Dive into campaign data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to provide clients with data-driven recommendations for enhancing targeting, ad placement, and messaging.

Client Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with clients through transparent communication and regular performance updates. Attend client meetings alongside DACs to present detailed performance reports and strategies for continued success.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot any technical or strategic challenges that arise during campaign execution, ensuring a smooth and effective delivery.

Sharing Campaign Insights:

Collaborate with the team to share the latest successful strategies and insights. Empower DACs with innovative ideas that have driven results for other campaigns.

Key Competencies and Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or senior ad operations.

Proven experience in social media advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong client focus with the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific digital marketing goals.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking and analysing KPIs.

Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with design tools like Canva is a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Teams.

Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript would be advantageous.

Commuting distance from our office in Worcester.

Up to £30,000.00 per year
