Coordinates and manages related clinical research trials, including trial design, protocol development, regulatory requirements, data collection and management, protocol implementation, staff education, and supervision utilizing clinical knowledge, technical expertise, interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, exercise initiative, creativity, and motivation with the ability to delegate and use resources effectively while handling complex challenges.Experience Required2-5 years relevant research experience. Preferably experience performing both NIH/federally funded and industry-funded clinical trials.Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; master's degree in a scientific field strongly preferred. Human Subjects Protection training and Good Clinical Practice training are also required.Special RequirementsExperienced with REDCap.
