About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Insights Analysts with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for uncovering data-driven insights. The ideal candidates thrive in a cross-functional team and view their data skills as a means to improve the business. You will be supported by a data platform team responsible for collecting and structuring critical metrics and maintaining core dashboards.

In this role, you will either be embedded in the TodayTix product or the B2B Partnership Sales team. For TodayTix, you will analyze customer behavior and marketing effectiveness to provide insights and recommendations to optimize the customer experience. For our B2B Partnership sales team, you will analyze sales data and partner performance and offer strategic advice to grow partnerships and win new B2B clients.

Please note:

This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What You'll Do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions for TodayTix or B2B Partnership Sales teamsFor TodayTix products:

leverage your analytical skills to uncover customer behavior patterns, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and optimize the customer experience for TodayTix productsFor B2B Partnership Sales team:

Analyze sales data and partner performance to provide strategic advice, aiming to enhance existing partnerships and attract new B2B clientsUtilize tools like Hex, Looker, and SQL to build and maintain dashboards that visualize key business metrics and support decision-making processesCommunicate complex insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven strategies are understood and implementedCollaborate closely with the data platform team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all dashboards and reportsStay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, applying them to improve business outcomes within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWe're Looking for Someone With:

4+ years in data analytics, insights, or management consultingStrong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendationsExcellent communication and presentation skills capable of telling a story with complex insights to non-technical stakeholdersTrack record of working collaboratively and cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced, often changing environmentExperience in data analysis, preferably within ecommerce, marketing, or salesProficiency in data visualization formats and best practicesExperience with SQL/PostgreSQL, data visualization, analytical toolsPython experience is desirable but not requiredTools We Use:

Hex, dbt, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets, Segment, BigQuery, GithubExternal vendor tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.Our data warehouse is hosted in AWS Redshift

$110,000 - $145,000 a year

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
