Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, responsible for developing marketing strategy for enterprise-wide growth of key services and initiatives. The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates across organizational functions and departments to ensure interconnectedness and achievement of co- dependencies in order to meet goals, working as a strategic partner with leaders of assigned service, program and business lines. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations or communications is required.
Demonstrates progressive evolution of skills through positions is required.
Health care experience is desired.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Demonstrate solid strategic thinking and execution of strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentations.
Track record of strong project management and execution.
Ability to develop and grow client relationships.
