Summary:Prospective candidates for this role have a demonstrated desire for audience marketing with experience in marketing, training, education, or community advocacy for Developers. You will identify and leverage data insights to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of Developers primarily in the United States, with opportunity to connect with global Developer Audience. You will design and execute marketing plans to reach, engage, and motivate this audience on owned websites.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate with stakeholders and execute the launch of new web pages and/or updates to existing pages, ensuring alignment with overall web strategy and marketing/business goalsUse data and insights to build web plans that target the Developer audience. Develop a strategy that details what the web experience should be and recommend customer journeys, partner with UX designers and web production teams to optimize user experiences and build and publish web experiences that drive desired goals and outcomes.Contribute to weekly and monthly v-team meetings, including creating insights and summaries for page launchesParticipate and contribute to our team's user testing, experimentation, and personalization program by ideatingand submitting ideasTrack performance of page launches and conduct post-launch analysis to determine optimization opportunitiesWork on activities that directly increase key metrics such as page engagement and conversion goals
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
