Project Overview:

Provide comprehensive analysis and implementation roadmap for Call Center Modernization with AIUse Gen AI and Intuitive Self-Service UI for enhancing customer outcomes and optimizing costsFuture project scope evolution would includeGenAI powered Agent Assist Empowering agents with real-time AI insights for optimal customer interactions.GenAI Chatbot Crafting human-esque conversation through advanced algorithmsutonomous Conversational AI Autonomously classifying and managing specific call categories for streamlines serviceInteractive Voice Response with Conversational AI Transforming call navigation with intuitive, information-driven dialogues.Responsibilities:

Set up Speech to Text transcription using one of the products (Azure OpenAI or Lex or RingCentral native). Setup Rouge or Bleu metricsSetup AI Tools and build data pipelineUsing one of the ETL tools, capability to perform data cleansing, transformation, enrichment etc.Use GenAI to summarize call center metrics and report against KPIs. Perform Sentiment AnalysisTune GenAI to optimize Rouge or Bleu scoreImplement ReACT framework for recommendationsPrepare and present demos to clientQualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.Expertise on GenAI and LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, BART etc.)Capability for Fine tuning and prompt tuningKnowlegde of Prompt EngineeringGood experience in Cloud platformsExpertise on ETL tool, Rouge and Bleu metrics, LangChainKnowledge of Vector Databases (ChromaDB or equivalent)Lex/Polly or equivalent expertisebility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and gather user feedback.
