is seeking a

Senior Contracts Administrator

to be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of TPG contracts. This includes ensuring that the terms and conditions, deliverables, and goals and objectives of the programs and projects contained within those contracts are accomplished within scope, schedule, resource and quality parameters, as defined within the executed prime contract or subcontract and statement of work or performance work statement. The Administrator is responsible for the financial health of contracts and assigned programs and projects. This position will report to the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, and work closely with program and project managers, EVP, COO, HR, Recruiting, CTO, and the Accounting staff.

Positions Responsibilities:

Supports the implementation and execution of Company’s contracts and ensures all proper controls and systems are in place.

Duties include:

Support the execution, administration, and maintenance of contracts, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents.

Track costs for all programs, ensuring alignment with obligated funding. Provide monthly forecasts and cost management for contracts and programs, including monthly forecasting, identifying potential budget overruns or underruns.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, applicable federal standards and regulations, including Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Support reporting requirements for GSA, federal agency and other government oversight entities.

Maintain detailed and organized files for all contracts, which will generally include the original contract, correspondences, authorizations, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, etc.

Prepare contract summary documents and coordinate internal contract kickoff meetings.

Collaborate with legal support services on contractual matters.

Support the execution of amendments and modifications to contractual documents as required.

Work closely with the Vice President of Finance and Accounting to provide support for labor categories, rates and pricing.

Support business insurance compliance.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of contract administration, compliance, and procurement experience, preferably with Federal government contracts.

Strong knowledge of USG regulations (FAR, CAS, etc.).

Proficient in negotiating and managing various contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and task orders.

Excellent project management skills, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for contract documents and training materials.

Ability to analyze contractual commitments.

Experience in advising executive leadership on contractual rights and compliance issues.
