is responsible for supporting multiple client campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign setup, trafficking assets, tracking implementations, QA, and campaign management.This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near

We believe that your passion for what we stand for — our values and purpose — is just as important as meeting every checkbox.WHAT YOU’LL DOCAMPAIGN PLANNINGCollaborate with Media Planners and Analytics Manager in campaign planning and in the development of campaign tracking strategy/implementation and to identify proper tracking for campaign KPIs.CAMPAIGN EXECUTIONAssist planning teams with campaign setup and monitoring.Actively QA campaign setup and deliverables prior to delivery and launch.Traffic various types of creative assets for delivery on all digital platforms.Manage tracking documentation to ensure smooth and accurate execution of campaigns.Identify and resolve or escalate issues impacting campaign performance.Identify and implement or escalate potential efficiencies to the current process.Execute QA campaign setups within Campaign Manager and troubleshoot with media teams and media vendors regarding tagging or ad server issues.Create and manage trafficking calendar and assist in the delivery of campaign assets/tags to meet launch deadlines.COMMUNICATIONCollaborate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure client work moves efficiently through the agency from start to finish.Be comfortable providing thoughtful input and feedback in internal meetings.Assist with day-to-day vendor communications.Track platform updates and communicate/schedule training as needed.Develop intuitive understanding of Media Department process and requirements to onboard new media team members.WHAT YOU’LL BRING2-3 years related ad ops, advertising, or QA/QC experience.Intermediate knowledge of Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.Willingness to work with a team and jump into a variety of assignments, taking ownership of assigned tasks.Willingness to develop strong relationships with internal teams.Ability to…Think creatively and analyticallyMulti-task and prioritize assignmentsPossess strong organization skills and attention to detailKeep a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environmentProactively problem solveLearn process and systems quicklyAbility to learn basic function of related in-house managed platforms such as:Google AdsFacebook Business ManagerPinterest for BusinessSnapchat Ads ManagerLinkedInOthers as neededWHAT YOU’LL GETThe overall target range of base compensation for this role is $68,000 - $75,000.
