A client of ours in Wilsonville is looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Assembler for a short term contract position. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is skilled, wanting to add some skills to their resume, and looking for a summer job! #1939LID
This is a Short -Term Contract Position
Duties:
Supporting the battery line, taking batteries out, put bus bars on the batteries, will move to different stations so you are not doing the same thing all day.Repetitive movement, Deconstruction of battery cratesAnticipate working a few Saturday days - potential OTRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.Assemble light pneumatic components per pneumatic diagrams.Ensure quality, look for faulty components during the assembly process.
Experience Required:
Mechanical aptitudeRead write in EnglishPerform basic measurements: Tape, scale, calipers, Metric, SAE, and conversion.High school diploma/or equivalent are required for this position.Two to five years' experience as a mechanical assembler with recent high tech mechanical assembly experience.One to two years of machine building experience is strongly desired.
Pay:
$21 / Hour
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 5:30AM - 2:30PM
