A local semi-truck dealership in Decatur, IL is looking for a
Parts Counter . This is a long-term position with a dealership that sells semi tractors and provides full service from preventive maintenance to major engine overhauls.
Qualifications for Parts Counter
Solid work history with inventory control experience preferredPrevious parts or parts counter experience preferredExperience at an auto parts retailer would be a plusForklift experience would be a plusAble to work in a team environmentDesire to provide the highest level of customer serviceMust be detail oriented with an attention to detailAble to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
Responsibilities for
Parts Counter
Wait on retail parts counter customersAnswer phonesGenerate sales orders and invoicesTrack inventory and keep stock suppliedPlace parts orders online and by phoneCheck in product, tag, and put awayShip customer ordersRelease parts to the service departmentOperate a forklift truck
