A client of ours located in Canby is looking to add an experienced Warrant Admin/ RMA Specialist to their team. The preferred candidate for this position should possess a minimum of two years of experience in TIG Welding and be well-acquainted with tasks such as grinding, polishing, and assembly. #1939OS
This is an evaluation of to hire position.
Duties:
Primary contact for dealers, distributors, builders, homeowners and Sales for warranty claims.Troubleshoots performance issues and identifies the warranty replacement parts required.Coordinates the resolution of warranty claims, RMA issuance, call tags and replacement order processing.Advise customers via phone and email on line of products.Develop proficiency with Epicor ERP system, electronic document management system and other programs as trained.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
HS Diploma/GEDAbility to organize workload, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.Problem Solving Skills.Superior communication skills (both written and oral) keyboarding skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
Pay: $20-22/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
