Selectek is looking for a Manager who has a strong background with floor and roof truss design, estimating, and construction.ÂRequired:
10+ years of experience truss design (single family, multifamily, commercial, wall panel design [preferred], framing packages)Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable softwareAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawingsExcellent math skillsEstimating and quoting experienceExperience managing others (2-3 in house employees / 2-3 remote employees) and checking their work.Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules. Â -Â criticalAbility to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on schedule.Able to lead others, assign work, check work, ensure schedules and goals are met.Â
Sponsorship: No – need to be a U.S. Citizen or Greencard holderPay range: $38/hour - $50/hour ($80,000 - $104,000 annual salary)Term of assignment: 6 months contract to hire (possible for direct hire)Pay method when direct: HourlyLocation of job: Nashville, TN 37205Hours and shift: Can flex some but core hours are 7AM - 4PM CDTWorking remote or from home: No ÂOvertime expected: OccasionalTravel: NoneWork attire: Business CasualDoes the client require a background check?
