Business Development Manager - Healthcare Technology ManagementLocation: This position is based primarily remotely, however, is required to travel nationwide to meet with clients, attend meetings, and visit healthcare facilities as well as collaborate with teams in Northern California .Reports to: CEO and CTO

Overview:A dynamic startup, incubated by a global leader in Information Technology and Digital Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in the Healthcare sector.The company's mission is to help healthcare providers improve patient outcomes through the innovative pain management system, leveraging cutting-edge AI. By continuously monitoring and visualizing patient pain levels, we empower data-driven treatment decisions and reduce the operational costs associated with pain assessment.As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market adoption of this groundbreaking product. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, drive and lead new business opportunities for the pain management system solutions. The role is an individual contributor to identify and acquire clients within the healthcare industry, aligning our unique value propositions with their specific business priorities. The ideal candidate is passionate, seasoned sales leader for driving customer engagement opportunities, from lead generation to deal review, negotiation, and closure.You will join as a key member of startup team to impact the organization in building its foundation by driving growth, shaping culture, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing business unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not are limited to:* Research and develop a pipeline of potential clients and active projects for the pain management system solutions within the North American market.* Manage and execute the entire sales process, from lead generation, closure, to product delivery.* Identify and prospect clients within the medical and healthcare sector, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to acquire new clients as first-trial users, focusing on the value proposition of the solution..* Cultivate effective relationships with clients and develop a strong understanding of their specific operational challenges and business priorities.* Apply consultative approach to uncover client-diagnostic strategies and related specific issues and/or opportunities.* Analyze customer business requirements including clinical, operational, financial, technical, and departmental level strategic objectives.* Manage resources to develop proposals that position the full range of company's capabilities and solutions to clients.* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of solutions and aligning the solution with clients' unique strategic objectives and business outcomes in patient cares.* Support client onboarding from negotiation of contracts, renewals, extensions, amendments, delivery and implementations of systems, product education to the client teams and monitoring and follow-up of customer satisfaction.* Serve as the primary point of contact for understanding customer needs and requests, delivering tailored business proposals and RFQ responses and ensuring the organization remains deeply customer focused.* Keep abreast of market trends, product developments and potential opportunities for growth within the healthcare sector.* Collaborate closely with the internal senior leadership teams to develop effective sales strategies, perform sales activities in a team-based approach to meet goals of achieving revenue, gross profit, and other financial targets.* Build and maintain a network of industry contacts through active participation in professional associations and networking organizations within the healthcare industry.* Represent the company at industry expos and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness.* Explore strategic partners to collaborate and expand the market reach.* Provide key feedback and information in a timely manner to appropriate internal stakeholders

Qualifications:* Proven experience in business development or sales forging long-term relationships with healthcare leaders in hospital operations. (i.e. medical device, surgical device, clinical communication device)* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.* Strong understanding of the healthcare market and regulatory landscape.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Passion for making a positive impact on patient care.* Willingness to travel for business extensively

Preferred Qualifications:* Experience working in a startup environment or with innovative technologies.* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams..* Strong strategic planning and execution skills.* Information Technology / Digital Solutions to C suite healthcare professionals.* Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, IoT, o or healthcare data analytics.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
