We are seeking a talented Intermediate Interior Designer to join their creative team.Position Overview :As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering exquisite residential interiors. You will collaborate closely with the principal, the senior designers, architects, clients, and vendors to execute design concepts from inception through completion. Your expertise in FFE selection, procurement, and project management will be critical to ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality projects.Key Responsibilities :Design Development : Assist in developing design concepts for high-end residential projects, ensuring alignment with client preferences and brand standards.FFE Expertise : Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) that meet the aesthetic, functional, and budgetary needs of each project. Ensure detailed knowledge of luxury brands and custom products.Procurement Management : Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to delivery, ensuring accurate orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.Client Interaction : Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design concepts, mood boards, material samples, and FF&E selections.Technical Drawings : Prepare detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, with an emphasis on millwork, joinery, and FFE placement.Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.Budget & Timeline Management : Monitor budgets, procurement schedules, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track financially and meet all deadlines.Team Collaboration : Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing input on materiality, color schemes, and spatial layouts.Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, materials, and innovations in high-end residential design.Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.4+ years of post-grad professional experience in high-end residential design.Proven expertise in FFE selection, specification, and procurement.Strong knowledge of luxury furniture, textiles, lighting, and custom product resources.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with project management tools and procurement platforms.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional client experiences.N.B.To apply for this position, you
