Job Description

Position is based in NY- hybrid, 3 days a week in office

As a CJ Client Development Director, you will are responsible for ensuring client teams meet advertiser objectives in the affiliate channel by attending advertiser planning and review meetings, building trusted adviser relationships with advertisers and internal staff, guiding advertisers to adopt new solutions and products, and helping your team elevate affiliate marketing strategies for their clients. Client Development Directors play a key role in the hiring, developing, and retention of successful account teams.

What You Bring to the Table :

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 7+ years of experience in the fast-paced, exciting world of marketing-ideally digital and performance-based.

• Ability to develop annual and quarterly plans, and plans and ensure successful execution of these plans across multiple client teams, delivering high quality service and results to clients while delivering against CJ financial expectations.

• A self-starter attitude that means you're constantly leveling up your own skills and career, aiming for nothing but the best.

• Proven Leadership skills that inspire your team and make you the coach everyone wants to learn from.

Compensation Range: $115,500 - $181,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 08/24/2024.
