This position will be part-time and located on our corporate campus in Naples, FL.

Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better .Main Objective:Provides administrative support to the Spine Product Management TeamEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating and maintaining schedule and travel of PM Team as neededOrganize, maintain, and create various presentations, processes, documents, and databases related to team initiatives, including promotional materials, new product information, sales bulletins, surgical technique videos and animations, competitive articles, studies, testing, and other resources for distribution to surgeons, corporate personnel, and the sales force.Coordinate KOL communication, agendas, and schedules as needed for product development and meetingsLiaison between other cross functional teams such as medical education, exhibits, meetings, and events etc. for planning, scheduling and executing exhibits, surgeon meetings, trainings, events etcRecord, organize, and send out minutes of important meetings when neededAssist in creating bulletins, reports, newsletters, and other field communicationsAssist with creating PowerPoint presentationsWelcome and provide office tours or personnel introductions to surgeons and other customers during visits to Arthrex home office when necessaryAccept calls and fulfill requests from agency owners, managers, and sales representatives for product information, sales promotions, and other informationAssist with expense reportsAssist with tracking of assets deployed during product launchAssist with shipping, receiving and delivery of packagesAssist with ordering of items from vendorsSome assistance to Sr. Director of Engineering (No more than 10%)Help coordinate and consolidate regular reporting on market data and financials by working with market intelligence and finance teamsWrite follow-up letters to surgeons, sales managers, and agency owners/managers when called uponDevelop and maintain an updated database of presentationsManage office supplies and general administrative duties for the teamIn office, Naples basedEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required2 years minimum work experience in administration, marketing, or general office experience requiredPrevious sales or marketing support experience preferredProficient in MS Office required; MS Teams experience is highly preferredKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlinesAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and interact with all levels of managementHighly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential informationAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyMachine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:Expert in Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project), fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephoneArthrex BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany-Provided Life InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Supplemental Insurance Plans (Accident, Cancer, Hospital, Critical Illness)Matching 401(k) Retirement PlanAnnual BonusWellness Incentive ProgramFree Onsite Medical ClinicsFree Onsite LunchTuition Reimbursement ProgramTrip of a LifetimePaid Parental LeavePaid Time OffVolunteer PTOEmployee Assistance Provider (EAP)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
