PeopleSoft Administrator

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware
• Responsible for Documenting the New and existing Issues and Update the current documents to reflect latest versions based on the requirements
• Perform daily monitoring of the PeopleSoft application, ensuring that all required processes are operations
• Perform code migrations, App designer and Data Mover executions between environments as needed to support the development lifecycle
• Design, Install, and Configure the entire PeopleTools stack (PIA, App, PRCS, and Database install) on multiple networks and OS platforms
• Perform HCM/PeopleSoft application configuration
• Perform quarterly patching of all of the PeopleSoft components including WebLogic, PeopleTools, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, etc
• Provide recommendations for the hardware requirements to meet the application needs across multiple networks
• Experience installing and supporting the latest PUM images
• Create Change Packages using Change Assistant and PUM for applying Tax updates, selective bugs, Full images etc as needed
• Apply Change Packages across all development lifecycle environments
• Perform PeopleTools Updates/Upgrades as required to support the customer on multiple Windows and Linux based server systems

Requirements:

• No Security Clearance Required
• US Citizen - W2 Only
• Must have recent hands-On experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (PUM) - Upgrade to 8.61
• Must have Peopletools / PeopleSoft HCM administration experience
• Must have Open Search / Deployment and administration experience
• Must have Oracle Database experience and Linux Server experience
• Prefer PeopleSoft experience with version 9.2.37 and above. Minimum 9.2.X required
• Prefer experience with PeopleTools 8.59 and 8.61. Minimum of 8.59 required
• Experience with End-to-End encryption on web, app and Database
• Experience with Integration with Single sign on specifically OHS connectors to Peoplesoft
• Must have Elasticsearch experience
• Experience with Integration Broker and Services and fixing the Service Operation Issues
• Experience with Performance Tunning
• Experience with the SSL Certificate request and install process both within the application and for Web based PKI
• Experience installing SAN based certificates and renewing the certificates
• Experience with end to end encryption on all the layers, web, app and Database
• Experience using Oracle Wallet
• Experience with Integrating with Single Sign on
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Experience in database cloning process
• Experience with Disaster Recovery setup for Peoplesoft Application
• Work closely with DBA administrators to research and the troubleshoot performance issues
• Experience working on complex projects
• Experience documenting complex procedures to ensure knowledge transfers are smooth and met customer requirements
